Our Capabilities
We have one of only a few HPP facilities in the UK, offering cold pressed solutions.
Our bottling plant gives us a unique and premium capability.
Customer service is central to our business and we take pride in the service levels achieved with many long-standing contracts as proof of this.
Aseptic Cold Fill
Our cold-fill aseptic bottling line produces safe and uncontaminated end product in accordance to a specific line speed. Due to the nature and sensitivity of cold aseptic filling all of our products are automatically placed within our 7 day Micro Positive release system.
Product samples are collected every 30 min throughout each production run (Maximise Traceability)
These samples are then tested by our in-house accredited micro laboratory.
Each product is tested for Yeasts, Moulds, Bacteria.
Hot Fill
During the hot fill process, the liquid is highly heated in order to sterilize the product before we fill our bottles.
The container then is immediately cooled, to ensure that the product and taste are preserved.
Hot fill can allow products works great with non-carbonated beverage and liquid food products to allow us to produce fruit and vegetable juices, soft drinks and waters.
HPP
High Pressure Processing is a cold ‘pasteurisation’ system enabling supply of safer more natural foods with extended shelf lives.
The system involves enclosing food in a vessel with clean water and applying intense pressure (up to 87000 psi) which causes sub lethal damage to microorganisms but has minimal effect on the flavour or nutritional attributes of foods and drinks, unlike thermal processes.
Freshly Squeezed
Our fruit used in Freshly squeezed juice is carefully chosen to ensure quality and freshness. Each fruit is squeeze and bottle the same day with nothing added to create the best quality juice we can.
Glass Line
We have a dedicated hot fill glass line manufacturing various quality juices for our customers. Having recently achieved a BRC double A grade the site continues to go from to strength manufacturing a range from 250ml bottles to 1 litre.
